The main theme of Gastro Helsinki 2018 is trend and innovation. Gastro exhibition was conducted from 14-16 March 2018 in Messukeskus Exhibi-tion and Convention Centre that has two major areas, including Gastro Fastfood and Gastro Wine, Beer and Spirits. There were over 206 attending companies that represents their novelties, services and products. Besides, the forum of restaurant business was organized for industry leaders and in-fluencers. At the same time, several interesting companies gathered at the start-up area for exchanging ideas and networking.
